Commitment: Navigating this stage of development successfully involves dedicating ourselves to a specific identity. This commitment may include choosing a career path, determining the social circles we engage with, and even cultivating our personal style.
Self-confidence: When we develop a robust sense of identity, we’re more likely to experience self-confidence, trusting in our abilities, qualities, and judgments.
Independence: With proper encouragement and reinforcement during personal exploration, we can emerge from this stage with a strong sense of self and feelings of independence and control.

Fidelity: Success in this stage leads to fidelity, a psychological virtue that allows us to connect with others and form genuine relationships, enriching our lives and fostering a sense of belonging
