NLP is an incredibly effective and enjoyable way to access more of the true potential of your brain.
ANTHONY ROBBINS

NLP cannot be dismissed as just another hustle. Its theoretical underpinnings represent an ambitious attempt to codify and synthesize the insights of linguistics, body language, and the study of communication systems.

NLP techniques are the best processes for creating fast and long-lasting change in your life. Many other systems are good at discovering problems but don’t give you tools for painless, fast change.

I wanted to thank you for the excellent training. The actual content exceeded my expectations.

Not only did I learn some valuable techniques, but also a new way to conceptualize the people with whom I provide services. I found the material to integrate well with my background in clinical psychology and presented theory and practice in a manner that was thorough, succinct, and humanistic…the knowledge base I acquired from it was more than worth the cost of tuition, travel time and attendance.

What is NLP Coaching?

Simply put, every successful coach in the world uses NLP because it gets extraordinary RESULTS.

Without NLP, coaching often just becomes a set of platitudes without any precise method to increase your client’s motivation and get the desired results across the board.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) focuses on the relationship between a person’s mind, their language, and their behavior. It explores how you communicate to yourself and to others, and how to better that communication to reach your highest potential.

It’s been used successfully by thriving people from all walks of life (world champion athletes, renowned performers, top executives, media moguls, effective politicians, the military, special services and more). What do they all know that you don’t know you don’t know yet?

NLP Coaching both respects and utilizes the relationship between your client’s conscious and unconscious mind (their whole brain) for the purpose of facilitating deep change and integration. And it has a solid history of results going all the way back to 1975 (when coaching wasn’t even mentioned by most people).

Time Line Therapy and Creating Your Future® Coaching are among the many tools our NLP Coaches are trained to use.

Please visit our Time Line Therapy and FAQ sections below for more details about what’s so unique about our coaching programs!

NLP provides a way to look past the behavioral content of what people do to the more invisible forces behind those behaviors; to the structures of thought that allow people to perform effectively.

What is Time Line Therapy?

Time Line Therapy® training at the Practitioner level is included in this training!

Time Line Therapy® and Creating Your Future® trainings are the only ones of their kind in the world. This powerfully effective collection of quantum healing techniques can make fast, long-term changes in one’s behavior.

  • Understand how your “internal time machine” creates your future
  • Eliminate negative emotions from the past
  • Heal emotional trauma and move through internal blocks
  • Let go of limiting beliefs from the past
  • Discover the true empowerment that emotional freedom can bring
  • Create the kind of compelling future you really want

Your “Time Line” is how you unconsciously store your memories. It’s how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. One’s past experiences and the memories that go with them affect how they approach present day situations. These can sometimes prevent one from expressing themselves in a healthy way, and stop them from achieving the results they desire.

Counseling patients was like taking random shots in the dark before. With Time Line Therapy™, my patients can now achieve more consistent and long-lasting emotional resolution, and significant improvement in their physical well being.
SUSAN CHU, MD

Unresolved negative emotions can cause bursts of anger, periods of apathy, depression, sadness, anxiety, and chronic fear and interfere with one’s quality of life. And limiting beliefs (like “I’m not good enough,” or “I can’t have what I want”) can hamper their ability to achieve successful goals and outcomes.

Behavioral change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level. Time Line Therapy™ and Creating Your Future® Coaching allows you to work at the unconscious level to release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years. Be free from your past, move forward and create your future!

I’ve been a physician for 30 years, and I’ve investigated many psychological programs. Time Line Therapy™ techniques are the very best that I have ever seen. It’s incredible what it can do.
JAMES TAYLOR, MD

Frequently Asked Questions

and additional details

How is a NLP Coach different than other coaches?

As a NLP Coach, you believe that your clients already have all the resources within that they need in order to achieve their desired outcome. And you help them tap into those resources.

Rather than force your “model of the world” onto your clients, or limit them (and your results with them) by putting them “in a box” (or theory), you work within their “model of the world” and help them to discover the solutions that are there.

THE DIFFERENCE THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE:

You have a conscious mind, and you have a subconscious mind. As a NLP Coach, you work holistically with both, to encourage whole brain thinking; thereby maximizing your client’s strengths, flexibility and resourcefulness.

There’s a big difference between one’s intellect (their conscious mind) and their behavior (their subconscious, or habitual mind).  It’s the difference between “talking the talk” (desired behavior) and “walking the walk” (actual behavior). The difference that makes the difference.

The simple fact is many in the coaching profession are not trained to work with their client’s subconscious mind. This means that they often can be quite limited in dealing with their emotions, behavioral issues and unresolved inner conflicts. And these are the very elements that, more often than not, stand in the way of a client’s success!

WHY THAT’S IMPORTANT:

There is no better improvement a person can make than to gain more control over their internal, mental and emotional processes. As a NLP Coach, your emphasis is on helping your clients gain greater control of these processes. It’s directly related to a person’s ability to be productive, resourceful, and effective.

Another problem sometimes with being coached by someone with little to no understanding of the subconscious mind, is it can often sound like a bunch of platitudes without any precise method to increase your motivation and get the desired results.

Many coaches offer a whole lot of WHAT, and not a lot of HOW. So, their clients get a lot of conscious concepts that appeal to their intellect, or conscious mind (about 10% of your mind, the “tip of the iceberg”). However, most significant behavioral change occurs with the involvement and cooperation of the subconscious, or habitual mind (the other 90%).

WORKING WITH A NLP COACH:

This is why a professional who’s been highly-trained and board certified in NLP and Creating Your Future® Coaching is often a greater resource to a client seeking solid help with a problem or goal in their life, because they’re simply better equipped to guide that client toward a successful outcome and an enhanced quality of life.

NLP Coaches have a thorough understanding of behavior modification, as well as expertise in proven systems that facilitate deeper levels of long-term change so they can quickly help clients to gain profound insight, resolve old patterns, and let go of the negativity, limiting beliefs, and inner conflicts that are blocking happiness, prosperity and success from their lives. This leads to increased wholeness and more options in life for their clients.

So, not only are their clients issues resolved—their clients experience significant Personal Breakthroughs as well.

YOUR NLP COACH TRAINING:

During your training with us, you’ll benefit from lots of “hands-on” direct experience utilizing what you’re learning. In other words, our NLP Coach training will enhance both your intelligence (“talking the talk”) and your behavior (“walking the walk”). Our trainings are designed to teach to both your conscious and unconscious mind, and appeal to both for the process of change to occur.

Our NLP Coaches learn Creating Your Future® Coaching and how to: facilitate change, ask meaningful questions, motivate, create insight, challenge, support and encourage the growth of their client’s individual self-expression. They get results.

How is a NLP Coach differerent than a traditional therapist?

We don’t spend a lot of time wallowing in the content of “the problem”. We focus on: (1) how you process that content; (2) discovering the structure of what prevents you from achieving your goal; (3) changing that structure to make your goal more achievable; (4) the overall development and growth of you as an individual during the process; and (5) your future goals and objectives.

Edit
NLP COACHING TRADITIONAL THERAPY
Is about working with a Client. Is about working with a Patient.
Asks the questions “HOW, WHAT and WHAT IF?” In NLP, generally, we do not ask WHY because, as it is usually used, it just gets reasons and not results. It gives us more content, and not the structure or the process. Asks the question “WHY?”.
Assumes emotions are natural and looks for the INTENTION and PURPOSE for the expression of those emotions. Takes for granted that emotions are a sign that something is wrong, and are therefore to be avoided.
Is interested in a person’s present, and works to help them in creating a compelling future (in our understanding we also realize that in order to create the future you want, you have to get rid of past obstacles). Generally works with a person’s past and the traumatic events therein, and seeks healing of those events.
Assumes that the client is healthy (not broken) and that they want to create a better future. Diagnoses mental illnesses and attempts to deal with identifiable conditions in a person.
Defines a partnership of equals. (The coach offers techniques and encourages and guides the client to find their own solutions). Defines a doctor-patient relationship (where the doctor has the solution).
Focuses on actions, outcomes, and process—remembering that a person is perfectly capable of best performance, and only has to get in touch with those capabilities. Focuses on the client being broken, and somehow has to be fixed.
Helps client to discover the process by which they prevent the achievement of goals and objectives, and then to learn new ways of thinking, new ways of looking at things. The addition of NLP techniques helps build more control over inner capabilities thus creating a compelling and achievable future with the focus on outcomes. Generally through conversation, encourages the patient to talk about and thereby resolve old pain. The focus is on reliving pain and symptoms to get rid of them.
Is about understanding the past as a framework for the present and creating the future. Is about fixing the patient by understanding and fixing his past.
Remembers that coaching is a model of learning and potentiality which focuses on the future and its achievable goals and outcomes. Relies on the DSM (the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the APA) to diagnose pathology. Operates in a medical or clinical manner.
The changes amaze most clients since they are so fast and so much fun. In most psychotherapy, the patient’s progress is time consuming and (can be) agonizing.
Coach aligns mentally with the client; then, through a discussion, identifies the challenges and provides coaching to move beyond them to create wins. In the process, the client is responsible to achieve the outcomes. We realize that the client ALWAYS has control over their results. Doctor targets a diagnosis for the patient; then puts forth their training in diagnosis and treatment of disease and then offers a path to healing.

Which of your other trainings should I take next if I want to further my coaching skills?

We have students from all walks of life who have completed this training—not all of whom are interested in coaching as a their main profession. A good percentage of our students, in fact, are already licensed mental health professionals.

For those who plan to make coaching their profession: We advise you to strongly consider completing the additional 3 modules we offer because they’re designed to build on this training and further your advancement in the coaching world. Our entire curriculum is 28 days. After taking this training, you’ll have completed eight of those days.

Our Master Coaching Certification Training is 12 days—and includes NLP Master Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Time Line Therapy® Master Practitioner. Our Hypnotherapist Certification Training is 6 days. And our Quantum-Touch® Energy Healing Workshop is 2 days. At the very least, our Master Coaching Certification Training is definitely recommended for any coach that wants to take their coaching skills (and their results) to the next level.

Note: Students who register for more than one training at sign up are eligible for a discounted rate.

How do your NLP trainings differ from others?

Since we haven’t attended all the NLP trainings out there, we can only speak on the merits of our own training.

One thing we have noticed though is that some NLP trainers (and those that are trained by them) seem not to fully realize that NLP is less a collection of quick, amazing techniques and more a true understanding of (and focus on) the “bright side of human nature” and its ever-present capability to actualize possibilities.

Throughout your NLP training with us, we’ll continually reinforce your understanding of “the big picture” as well as all the specific essentials. We also like keeping things simple, practical, and—most importantly—applicable to your world.

You’ll learn the beginning level of the incredibly powerful, one-of-a-kind Creating Your Future® Coaching process in our training, and you’ll receive three internationally recognized certifications: NLP Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Time Line Therapy™ Practitioner.

You’ll also be glad to know that we keep our class sizes small so you’ll receive maximum benefit and interaction with us.

It’s important to us that you’re actually able to DO what you’re learning rather than just intellectually knowing about it OR just being “wowed” by what your NLP Trainer can do.

We were trained by Dr. Tad James (who Richard Bandler—the co-founder of NLP—described as “having the ability to teach even the most advanced patterns of NLP in a way that makes them easy to learn and master”) and Dr. Adrianna James (an outstanding model for using NLP with precision).

And aside from being Board Certified NLP Trainers, we’re also Board Certified Instructors of Hypnotherapy with busy practices of our own. So, you can look forward to discovering some powerful hypnosis secrets during your training too!

Please visit our Testimonials page to view feedback from many of our former students.
